Tulle Skirts?

Tulle skirts were the number 1 fashion trend of 2015. Many believe that it is a bit juvenile but in my personal opinion its a true fashion gem. Tulle skirts are the new little black dress. Its a statement piece that could be wore all year. Any occasion and location. It makes every girl feel like a princess. Atleast thats what I hear.

I could be wrong but i know for a fact i'm not. why you ask? Because I sell them for a living. yup thats right. I make beautiful tulle skirts for a living. and all my clients say how much attention and compliments they receive wearing them. Now my skirts aren't the 3 layer lined tulle skirts. Nope, made completely of all tulle and 95% aren't lined at all. Its that full you don't even need lining.

Its a fashion item every woman needs in her closet.

A Tight Week!

Lately I've been busy with sewing and somewhat getting prepared for a vacation in the up coming weeks. Yes honey ticket is booked and I'll be hitting up my old living state of Florida. I'll be celebrating my best friends birthday in Orlando, West Palm Beach and of course Miami! So no new job, but its okay for now. Being my own boss isn't bad at all. I create ruffle pins, leggings and faux fur rabbit tails and I've been getting great service and the clients are happy so why change it up now. But in the meantime check out a few I've been sewing and a few styling tips as well.

Convict Friends (Favorite Bloggers)

HELLO WORLD!

While relaxing via twitter, a few of my love followers asked what blogs I love...well its a lot that I adore like Sea Of Shoes, lookbook, CoCo Perez, The Fashionisto & sister site Fashion Gone Rogue.

But a personal blogger that I'm also close friends with would be the blogger that is so fashionable and ambitious with achieving her goals and leaving her mark in the fashion world would be my good friend Atecia. Atecia has a blog called Pink Jersey Stilettos which is written by Atecia Robinson...a Jamaican New Jersey native studying magazine journalism. Be sure to follow this amazing blogger and fashion trendStar! because you never know what could be in store with her future in the fashion world!

Convict Doll: Todd

So of course you all understand my passion for fashion? No? Yes? well either way, it was "something" that I loved at a young age. I called it something because at the time I had no idea it would become more than just a passion and more than just "something". Well of course over the years my taste and style changed, and now soon to be graduate in Fashion Design & Merchandising major, I'm getting closer and closer to my dreams! I take ever chance I can get to get closer to fashion news, especially print media....such as Fashion Magazines! DUHH! :) But either way...all you need to know is that i love fashion...and I feel its time to take this blog and my passion to a whole new level. Stay Tune! :-)

Convict Doll: Selita Ebanks

1 word... AMAZING!

"She may have just been booted from the current season of "Celebrity Apprentice," but that didn't stop model Selita Ebanks from flaunting her fabulous figure at the 7th Annual New Yorkers for Children charity event in a form-fitting, woven, floor-length gown". - omg.yahoo.com

Some people are upset that she wore this dress to a childrens charity event, but this event is not about what you wear, its about the cause and the children she is helping.... get your mind in the right direction people!

Convict Doll Randomness!

Happy V-Day. A day I really don't celebrate much, but happy I get to spend it with a close friend of mine. You guys know her, SAHARRA! with two R's. Anyway, just a normal walk in our life would be working, fashion, cute guys, and of course our daily trip to TGI FRIDAYS!

Well we decided to take some photos and shockingly I remember that we both were wearing pieces from winter seasons from Old Navy...one of my favorite affordable retail stores. Check out these awesome mirror shots below. Don't you  agree that mirror shots are awesome!!!!
